Keyholding

We provide keyholding services to both residential and commercial clients, so you can be safe in the knowledge that we will respond if your security alarm goes off.

Our keyholding service has been designed to be as secure as possible to keep your property safe. We ensure that we work in line with British Standards (7984) Keyholding and Response Services.

We have a number of security processes in place when you use our keyholding services, including:

  • All our keys are kept in a specific safe, which has multiple, secure locks
  • We don’t keep any paperwork or documentation relating to you or your property with your keys
  • All keys are uniquely sealed with two sets of numbered seals
  • All key movement is logged and checked on a daily basis, providing us with a full movement audit of keys
  • All information we have for you and your property is safely secured in a separate safe and held on our secure database, only accessible to authorised personnel

Residential keyholding services:

Commercial keyholding services:

If you’re looking for a way to avoid putting your staff at risk by asking them to hold keys, our commercial keyholding services provide an effective and efficient solution.

To eliminate the Lone Worker problem for your staff, we regularly escort workers to and from work to keep them safe and out of danger’s way. We can also connect to your alarm or monitoring company, allowing us to respond to your alarm both in and out of office hours.
Alarm and CCTV Response

We provide alarm response services to domestic and commercial clients, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We find that the majority of our clients like to combine our alarm response services with our keyholding service, however CSG can respond with no keys to confirm the exterior of your property or business premises have not been breached.

To ensure that your property is safe, we respond to a variety of alarm systems, including intruder alarms, panic alarms, fire alarms, faulty alarms, and care alarms.

CSG will always respond to panic and fire alarms with no delays, prioritising them over other activations due to the nature of these calls.

Should you have a false alarm, we’ll respond and ensure your alarm system hasn’t been tampered with, before trying to return the alarm back to live. If we’re unable to do so, we will liaise with yourself or your alarm installer to find a solution.

Many of our clients use our alarm response service in conjunction with our keyholding service because this allows us to not only check your alarm panel but also search the interior and exterior of your property for signs of criminal activity.

If your property has suffered criminal damage, we will work with the police and with you to ensure your property is safe and secure.
