Keyholding
We are fully Security Industry Licensed Keyholders working to British Standards 7984, We hold keys to your property, giving us the ability to access your property whenever your require and for whatever reason - Lost Keys, Turn the heating on, switch the cooker off, find out why the alarm is sounding - Just like your friendly neighbour, but without inconveniencing or risking the safety of an actual neighbour.
Alarm Response
By connecting to your alarm system we are alerted (either directly or via a monitoring centre) of any activity with your alarm.
Once your alarm is activated we attend site, firstly to silence the alarm as not to annoy your neighbours or the public. We then check the property to find the cause of the activation and act upon it accordingly.
We also liaise with builders, the trades and police to rectify any issue while keeping you in the loop at all times. Giving you total peace of mind while you are away from your property.
Mobile Patrols
Our patrollers work 7 days a week throughout the night to externally check properties throughout the Cotswolds, the Vale of Evesham and the four counties- Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire. They are fully SIA licensed, Insured, wear CSG uniform, carry both an SIA license and CSG ID Cards.They patrol in CSG sign written vehicles that are fully tracked. We use the latest technology to track the guards and ensure they are patrolling the areas required by our clients.
Property Checks
Similar to our mobile patrol but with an internal check of the property, ensuring the internal of the building is secure with no damage, leaks, squatters, etc.
We can even arrange to put your heating on or off, and deal with any issues you may find yourself having, opening and closing of curtains and blinds, resetting of WIFI routers, computers etc.
Miscellaneous Access
Away but need someone letting in? not a problem. As we carry keys to your property we can arrange to meet trades people, deliveries, friends, family etc.
If required we can wait with the person letting them out and re-securing the property once they have left.
Or we can give access and leave, or arrange to come back at an agreed time to lock and secure the building.
House Sitting
Want the peace of mind that your house is fully looked after while you are away, our fully insured screen and vetted house sitters can stay at your property to ensure its safety, no one tries to trespass etc.
